Griffin opened the first Barber Lounge on Victoria Rd in Guelph in 2017 with a simple idea: a barbershop should feel like somewhere you'd hang around even without an appointment. Nine years and three shops later, he still keeps a chair at every location — Victoria Rd, Fergus and Downey Rd — because the fastest way to keep a standard is to keep cutting to it.
