2–3 days before
The haircut
A fresh cut needs a couple of days to settle — day-of cuts look 'just cut', two-day cuts look like you always look this good. Book the King's Cut or the Hot Towel.
The day before
The beard
Beard lines stay crisp for 48 hours. A day-before shape-up (or a Royal Clean Up if the cut's already done) lands sharpest in photos.
3–4 weeks before
The rehearsal cut
Trying a new style for the big day? Do the experiment a month out, not the week of. That leaves one full grow-out cycle to adjust.
What the party books.
Groom takes the full hour. Groomsmen take the King’s Cut. Anyone freshly cut takes the fifteen-minute Clean Up the day before. Everyone looks deliberate.

Can you take a whole wedding party?
Yes — call the shop you want and we'll block chairs together for the groom, groomsmen, dads and whoever else needs to look responsible in photos. The nine-chair Victoria Rd room handles the biggest groups.
When should the groom get his haircut before the wedding?
Two to three days before the day. It gives the cut time to settle so it photographs naturally, and leaves the day before free for a beard shape-up or clean-up.
Do you do prom and graduation appointments?
Every June the chairs fill with them. Book online like any cut — and book early, because everyone's photos are on the same weekend.
How far ahead should we arrange a group booking?
A month ahead is comfortable for most groups; wedding-season Saturdays (May–September) deserve more. Call the shop and we'll sort the chairs.
